Northern Utah Manufacturing Inc. is a contract manufacturer of dry, liquid and semi-solid food ingredients. Located in Utah's Cache Valley, this facility offers a central location to serve the western United States and local proximity to a number of important agricultural commodities. Numerous local trucking companies insure prompt and convenient shipment to any point on the pacific coast as well as the mid-west at competitive rates.
The plant offers liquid, dry, and refrigerated storage facilities. Capabilities include vacuum evaporators (2), spray dryers (2), dry blenders, liquid blenders, semi-solid blenders, pasteurizers, milling and slurry drying capabilities. This highly flexible manufacturing plant can process almost any type of food or dairy product into a variety of food ingredients.
Northern Utah Manufacturing Inc. also manufactures several proprietary products for sale under their own name. These products include club cheese and cheese base, milk and soy protein products, casein and milkfat products.
